I recently used them on a severe rheumatoid arthritic patient with bad upper extremities (shoulder, elbows, wrists and hands). She was thrilled with how comfortable she felt on your crutches. We are doing her TKA (total knee arthroplasty) surgery today and these are perfect. She would otherwise not have been able to use any other device and been wheelchair bound for awhile.
